On August 23, our Alumni Association proudly showed up at the 18th Annual MPS Run Back to School!
It was an incredible day filled with energy and community spirit as Reagan cheerleaders, staff, runners, and walkers came together to support MPS youth programs.
One of the highlights of the day was getting the chance to talk with Mayor Cavalier Johnson, who expressed his support for our association and the work we’re doing to keep alumni engaged. Moments like these remind us how important it is for alumni voices to be present at community events.
Seeing so many familiar faces and feeling the Husky pride in action reminded us of the power of showing up for our schools and our students. These events not only strengthen our community, but they also help create opportunities for the next generation of MPS students.
We would love to see even more alumni join us at the next community event. Come walk, run, cheer, or simply connect with old friends. Together, we can continue to make a difference!
